Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at prakaxe@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for a return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact prakaxe@gmail.com immediately with a photo of the product and packaging. We will ensure that a replacement is arranged or a refund is issued as quickly as possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging or accessories.
